At Velaria Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Right of Return

As a customer, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the product must be unused
  • the product must be unopened
  • the original packaging must be intact
  • the hygiene seal must remain unbroken
  • the item must be in resellable condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • opened cosmetic products
  • used skincare products
  • products with broken seals
  • items damaged due to customer use

This policy complies with applicable European consumer regulations regarding hygiene-sensitive products.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

4. Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and address.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was delivered
  • the item arrived damaged or defective

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Velaria Beauty is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within several business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Cancelled or Failed Orders

Orders marked as:

  • “Cancelled”
  • or “Payment Failed”

will automatically be refunded if a charge was processed.

Refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method.
